Because all DomUnfiltered products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Incorrect size ordered by the customer
* Buyer’s remorse
* Change of mind
* Preference for a different color or style

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at domasantelli@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with our production partner to replace or resolve the problem at no additional cost.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided only if your request is approved.
